How to Add a User to FeedOps

Learn how to add a user to your FeedOps account. Follow these step-by-step instructions for Shopify, BigCommerce, and direct FeedOps users.

Adding a User to FeedOps

The process for adding a user to FeedOps varies depending on how you signed up. Please follow the appropriate instructions below based on your registration method.

For Shopify and BigCommerce App Store Users

If you installed the FeedOps app through the Shopify or BigCommerce App Store:

1. Grant Admin Access to Your Shopify or BigCommerce Store: Since FeedOps is an embedded app, you can simply grant the user admin access to your store.
2. Alternative Method: If you prefer not to grant admin access to your Shopify or BigCommerce store, please email info@feedops.com with the following information:
   • Name
   • Email
   • Role (Employee or Contractor/Agency)

We will manually add the user to your account.

For All Other Users

For users who signed up directly with FeedOps or through other means:

1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Navigate to Manage Users.
3. Add the user's details as required.
