If you are on an Optimize or Scale plan, contact us to add other advertising or marketplace channels.
Navigate to Website Settings > Product Feeds > Google Merchant Center.
To connect your product feed to Google Merchant Center and Google Ads, click "Connect". Follow the in-app instructions to complete the connection, and contact us if you need assistance.
Note: If you don't have a Google Merchant Center account, you will need to create one. Instructions are provided in-app.
Caution: It's important to know the email address associated with your Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts. If it's different from the one you used to sign into FeedOps, you will have the option to switch accounts when connecting to Merchant Center.
About Google Merchant Center Connection to FeedOps
Connecting Google Merchant Center establishes a direct link between your store, FeedOps, and Google Merchant Center. When you edit, optimize, or reprocess your Google product feed, changes are immediately queued and sent to Google Merchant Center. Note that it can take several hours for Google Merchant Center to display the changes.
FeedOps Google Product Feeds, also known as Google Shopping feeds, are compatible with:
- Google PMax ads
- Google Shopping Ads
- Dynamic Remarketing
- Free Product Listings
Connecting to Google Merchant Center also activates the FeedOps Playbook and reveals the shopping feed URL in the products screen.
About Google Ads Connection to FeedOps
The Google Ads connection checks the link between your Google Merchant Center and Ads accounts. This is crucial for ensuring your products are displayed as listings in Google Ads. Connecting Google Ads also activates the cost and goal tool, providing a snapshot of your Google ad spend.
Meta
Navigate to Website Settings > Product Feeds > Meta Commerce Manager.
Although direct connection to Meta Commerce Manager is not currently supported, connecting this channel through FeedOps will enable you to generate an XML feed for upload to Meta.
FeedOps Meta Feeds are compatible with:
- Meta Advantage+ Catalog Ads
- Collection Ads
- Carousel Ads
- Ads with Product Tags
Microsoft
Navigate to Website Settings > Product Feeds > Microsoft.
To connect your product feed to Microsoft Merchant Center and Microsoft Ads, click "Connect". Follow the in-app instructions to complete the connection, and contact us if you need assistance.
