[Onboarding FeedOps](https://kb.feedops.com/knowledge/onboarding-feedops?hsLang=en) # Granting Feedops Access to Google Merchant Center ## To allow the Feedops team to assist you with your Google Merchant Center (GMC) account, please follow these step-by-step instructions to grant us the appropriate access level based on your chosen service tier. **Step-by-Step Instructions** 1. Log in to your **Google Merchant Center** account. 2. Click on the **Gear icon (Settings)** located in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 3. Select **People and access** (or **Access and services**) from the dropdown menu. 4. Click the **Add person** (or **Add user**) button. 5. Enter our designated Feedops email address: *\[Insert Your Email Here\]* and click **Next**. 6. Choose the access role that matches your service level (refer to the table below). 7. Click **Add user** to send the invitation. **Required Access Levels by Service Level** Please select the access role below that corresponds to your current Feedops service contract: | **Service Level** | **Required Access Role** | **What This Enables Feedops to Do** | | --- | --- | --- | | **Audit Only** | Performance and Insights (Reporting Manager) | Enables us to read report data, analyze health metrics, and identify optimization opportunities without changing any feed data. | | **Trial Tier** | Standard Access | Allows us to publish and update product data. If you want to keep your existing solution active during the trial, we will use a **Supplemental Feed**. Otherwise, we prefer to connect directly via the **Merchant API** to manage optimizations. | | **Fully Managed Feed Service** | Admin Access | Provides full permissions to proactively manage and fix GMC errors, resolve account suspensions, set up and fix conversion tracking, manage **Google Ads** account linking, and complete advanced Merchant API developer registrations. | **What Happens Next?** After you click "Add user", Google will email an automated invitation to our team. Our access will show as "Pending" until we accept it.
