Granting Feedops Access to Google Merchant Center
To allow the Feedops team to assist you with your Google Merchant Center (GMC) account, please follow these step-by-step instructions to grant us the appropriate access level based on your chosen service tier.
- Log in to your Google Merchant Center account.
- Click on the Gear icon (Settings) located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select People and access (or Access and services) from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Add person (or Add user) button.
- Enter our designated Feedops email address: [Insert Your Email Here] and click Next.
- Choose the access role that matches your service level (refer to the table below).
- Click Add user to send the invitation.

Provides full permissions to proactively manage and fix GMC errors, resolve account suspensions, set up and fix conversion tracking, manage Google Ads account linking, and complete advanced Merchant API developer registrations. |
What Happens Next?
After you click "Add user", Google will email an automated invitation to our team. Our access will show as "Pending" until we accept it. Please notify your Feedops account manager as soon as the invite is sent so we can immediately begin working on your account.
