If you need to give someone access to your Shopify store so they can set up customer events and conversion tracking, follow these steps:
Granting Staff Access

Log in to Shopify Admin

Go to Settings

Click on Settings at the bottom-left corner of the Shopify dashboard.

Navigate to Users and Permissions

Click on Users and permissions in the Settings menu.

Add a Staff Member

Click "Add Staff" or select from the list below to grant access to a specific section for designated staff.

Enter the First Name, Last name email address. e.g (bot@feedops.com)

Assign the necessary permissions (see below).

Assign Required Permissions

Under Store settings ---> ✅ View customer events
✅ Manage and add custom pixels

Send the Invitation
-
Click Send invite. The user will receive an email to accept access.
