Account settings overview

Account settings allow you to add websites associated with your account, users, and update your account details.

To add a website:

Once you add a website to your account, you can manage it through the website settings.

Note: If you created an account through an app installation from your e-commerce store's admin panel, you cannot add a website directly via FeedOps. To use FeedOps with additional websites, you must install the FeedOps app on each website separately.

  1. Navigate to account settings
  2. Click on "Add a website"
  3. Enter website URL: Type in your website's URL, ensuring it starts with "https://"

Tip: copy and paste this directly from your web browser's address bar for accuracy.

Next select your e-commerce platform: Choose the e-commerce platform your store is built on from the provided list. Follow the platform specific instructions:

Note: If your store's platform is not listed, please contact us for custom integration assistance. Alternatively, you can import an existing Google Shopping Feed. If you possess the technical skills, you can also create your own feed using the FeedOps Retail Feed Schema.
